Job Summary

Lead and oversee all fulfillment processes within a HelloFresh Distribution Centre (warehouse, portioning, and pick & pack), building a high-performing multi-department team and driving continuous improvement to hit cost, safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets. Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, and Logistics to optimize production plans, scale operations, and foster a culture of accountability, learning, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a multi-department team consisting of Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Coordinators/Team Leaders.
•Build and develop a high-performing culture with focus on leadership, accountability, engagement, continuous learning and speed/agility.
•Set up, manage, and be accountable for KPIs and targets focusing on employee safety, food safety, quality, order accuracy, cost, and on-time delivery.
•Build strong relationships with Planning, Supply Chain, and Logistics to deliver production plans that optimize product freshness and on-time delivery while meeting DC targets.
•Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with Ops Excellence to identify, scope, and deliver initiatives and coach teams through change.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: CAD 130,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain experience with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
•Strong understanding of OHS and Food Safety and its application in a warehouse and production environment.
•Experience with managing a large scale operations with multiple management tiers and large employee headcount.
•Energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude; used to working in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
•Availability to travel within Canada up to 20% of the time.
