Key Responsibilities

  • •Implements and supports the store’s sales goals by aligning with leadership and the company’s mission to create an authentic guest experience.
  • •Drives and exceeds sales goals by leading ALO Flow initiatives while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensures engagement with customers and provides a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
  • •Continuously builds client relationships with customers on the sales floor and in back-of-house tasks as needed.
  • •Assists in processing shipments and ensuring product flow, including visual merchandising and daily replenishment.
