Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate domestic and international freight movements from supplier collection through final delivery.
  • •Select appropriate transport mode based on cost, delivery time, cargo type, and operational risk.
  • •Obtain, review, and negotiate freight quotations; maintain agreed freight rates and support benchmarking and supplier performance reviews.
  • •Verify shipment documentation and coordinate customs clearance, quarantine, and biosecurity requirements for international shipments.
  • •Monitor shipments and provide timely updates on milestones; identify delays and coordinate recovery actions while maintaining accurate logistics records and schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Supply chain or logistics experience.
