Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project development from concept through FEL, including scope definition, cost estimating, and schedule development.
  • •Manage project execution through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, and contractors.
  • •Ensure projects meet safety, quality, scope, schedule, and cost objectives.
  • •Maintain project schedules, track progress, manage changes and risks, and forecast/track project costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment, including 2+ years of project management experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting projects from FEL through construction and startup.
  • •Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
  • •Experience working within a stage-gate project execution framework.
