Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop firmware IP subsystems for SSD products to meet performance, endurance, capacity, functionality, quality, and reliability requirements.
  • •Execute firmware development, integration, bench testing, debugging, and validation for SSD controllers and storage products.
  • •Perform root cause analysis, failure triage, and defect isolation; document findings and support corrective actions.
  • •Develop and maintain firmware unit, functional, and integration tests to ensure quality and performance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate across hardware, validation, system, and product engineering teams; analyze firmware behavior to improve performance, reduce latency, lower power consumption, and simplify SoC complexity.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • •Over 3 years’ experience in firmware or embedded systems development using the C programming language.
  • •Experience with embedded firmware debugging, issue isolation, code analysis, root cause investigation, and validation.
  • •Experience in low-level software development, including assembly language programming.
  • •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical findings clearly, with mentoring/technical leadership capabilities.
