Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, support, and standardize machine connectivity and data acquisition activities across Eaton manufacturing sites to enable end-to-end digital strategy.
  • •Develop and enforce machine connectivity policies to ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across all sites.
  • •Direct support of OT programs to ensure on-time completion and guide plant teams on connectivity and data acquisition.
  • •Communicate and implement standard processes; identify implementation issues and define actions with OT leadership.
  • •Promote connectivity adoption, act as gatekeeper for process governance, and drive playbook-based best practices and training across sites.

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering.
  • •8+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • •2+ years of experience in machine connectivity or related Industry 4.0 activities.
  • •Experience implementing machine connectivity across a diverse set of assets and associated functions (e.g., IT, Manufacturing Engineering, i4.0).
  • •Experience with PLC programming and industrial network/device connectivity (including Kepware OPC setup and OT/IT integration).
