Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead outbound sourcing and market mapping for target companies in AI coding, developer tools, and SDLC to build proprietary deal flow.
  • •Triage inbound/outbound opportunities with first-pass commercial, product, and technical screens to determine fit and priority.
  • •Own and maintain Sonar's corporate development pipeline (CRM hygiene, target lists, status tracking, reporting) for real-time leadership visibility.
  • •Build relationships with founders, operators, bankers, and investors to generate proprietary deal flow and support diligence.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Finance, Legal) to evaluate targets, prioritize criteria, and plan post-close integration.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of full-time experience in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking (TMT/software coverage or M&A), management consulting with a tech focus, or in-house corporate development at a tech company.
