Job Summary

Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud as the subject matter expert for CRM campaigns. Develop and execute marketing campaigns and automations across email, mobile messaging, and social media advertising, while building customer data extensions for accurate targeting and segmentation. Partner with retention strategy and analytics leads to define objectives and optimize performance using metrics. Provide first-level support, training, operational guidance, and help teams enable new SFMC capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute marketing campaigns and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email, mobile messaging, and social media advertising.
•Build and maintain customer data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for accurate targeting and segmentation.
•Deploy campaigns and collaborate with retention strategy and analytics leads to define objectives, audiences, messaging cadence, and optimize performance metrics.
•Provide first-level support and guidance to Markets on campaign setup and implementation, including raising tickets and resolving issues with Product/IT owners.
•Stay current on industry best practices and new SFMC features; train team members and help enable new SFMC capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (3+ years) with hands-on operational and execution experience.
•Proficiency creating and managing email and mobile campaigns, automation workflows, journey builder, freeform, and data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
•Experience crafting operational guides and related documentation.
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
