Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a small team of product designers to ensure design quality and evolve how Wise Platform partner experiences are designed.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align design work with squad and business objectives.
  • •Deliver product design expertise across the workflow—from concept generation and prototyping (including with AI) to product demos and improvements.
  • •Ship impactful improvements for partner portals and back-end tools that enhance partner experiences.
  • •Collaborate with partners to workshop, present, and iterate on design solutions for partner onboarding, experience, and API experience.

Salary: GBP 128,000 - 173,000 annually
