Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor within the Key Private Client Program, owning the end-to-end client relationship and helping clients move forward through plan-based financial advice. Assess client needs, gather and document information, and deliver or refer appropriate investment and insurance solutions. Build referral pipelines through internal/external centers of influence, support branch operations, and ensure compliance while meeting individual sales activity and outcome goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide personalized financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs, gathering and documenting client data, and delivering or referring investment and insurance solutions.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline using internal and external centers of influence, prospecting, outside calling, and documentation of calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to lead meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts and help support branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and policies, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required); Bachelor's Degree preferred.
•Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions to be helpful.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
