Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, following Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • •Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice; drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
  • •Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • •Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs while managing multiple customers and maintaining energy on the floor.
  • •Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
  • •Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
  • •Strong English proficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including live-stream shopping or video demos.
  • •Clienteling and data acquisition skills, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days.
