Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high customer experience in the Store in line with PUMA brand values and service standards.
  • •Ensure the Store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through planning and expense control.
  • •Assist Store leadership with recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing employees.
  • •Maintain profitable scheduling through payroll control and service-driven schedules; manage payroll-related activities.
  • •Manage inventory/shrink goals, including physical inventory counts and processing incoming and outgoing merchandise.
