Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and optimize Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) facilities.
  • •Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities for process optimization, energy efficiency, and water conservation.
  • •Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for pumps, valves, piping systems, filtration units, membranes, evaporators, crystallizers, and related equipment.
  • •Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Ensure compliance with statutory environmental regulations and EHS standards, and prepare technical reports, SOPs, and project documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •7–12 years of relevant experience in industrial water utility systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, STP, ETP, and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of pumps, piping systems, filtration systems, membrane technologies (UF/RO), evaporators, and crystallizers.
  • •Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and operation of water utility systems, plus ability to interpret PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment datasheets.
