Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently perform routine quality control analyses following set procedures.
  • •Handle testing steps and documentation to ensure data integrity and accurate recordkeeping.
  • •Review test results for accuracy and consistency before submission.
  • •Identify, report, and escalate quality deviations; perform first-level OOS testing and analyze special samples.
  • •Maintain lab equipment (including calibration/basic maintenance), follow GLP and SHE guidelines, and meet testing deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in science, food technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make sound decisions to uphold quality standards.
