Key Responsibilities

•Attend roadside assistance calls, assess the situation, diagnose faults using modern diagnostic tools, and repair at scene wherever safe and possible so customers can continue their journey.
•Make practical, safety-led decisions on repair versus recovery; when needed, arrange professional recovery and dealer workshop attention.
•Own each job end-to-end: communicate clearly with customers, set expectations, and provide reassurance in their moment of need.
•Operate and maintain your fully equipped van, manage tools and parts, follow safety procedures, and keep accurate notes in our systems.
•Meet service, safety and quality standards while working efficiently toward achievable targets with clear financial rewards.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: 42,000 - 48,000 annually
