Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement volume diagnosis to process fail logs, localize defects, and produce actionable analysis results.
  • •Drive yield improvement through data-driven debug and systematic defect Pareto analysis with rapid feedback loops.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams worldwide (DFX, test engineering, operations, foundry, failure analysis) to accelerate root-cause isolation.
  • •Analyze production test and diagnosis data to identify yield limiters and improve test efficiency, silicon quality, and manufacturability.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in DFT, DFX, product engineering, silicon debug, yield engineering, or a closely related semiconductor field.
  • •Strong understanding of volume diagnosis, systematic defect analysis, and yield improvement in volume manufacturing.
  • •Hands-on experience with commercial diagnosis tools and production diagnosis flows, including fail-log processing and root-cause analysis.
  • •Collaboration and interpersonal skills for working across global engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams.
