Job Summary

Partner closely with the Store Manager to run day-to-day store operations and ensure business alignment with company employees and the local community. Assist with recruiting, training, motivation, and customer service excellence while helping meet budgeted revenue goals. Support store execution across operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, administration, opening/closing, asset security, labor scheduling, and acting as Store Manager in their absence.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Store Manager to develop and engage team members and achieve budgeted revenue goals.
•Support daily operations including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.
•Aid in selecting team members and maintain high training standards while motivating and inspiring the team.
•Assist with opening and closing the store, securing all assets, maintaining the store security system, and preparing the labor schedule.
•Help execute store strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, expand traffic, and optimize profitability; cultivate awareness of industry trends.

Key Requirements

•2 to 4 years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
•Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
•Excellent communication skills to convey the Deckers Brands vision and mission.
•Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
•Valid driver’s license and flexibility of schedule/hours to meet business needs.
