Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage one or more moderately complex projects, potentially across services and geographies, and oversee project phases from beginning to close out.
  • •May supervise senior-level engineers and project administration functions such as project controls, scheduling, cost control, estimating, and procurement representatives.
  • •Provide design management leadership across architects, engineers, and design team consultants, including cost/budget/schedule control and client reporting.
  • •Coordinate jurisdictional approvals, permitting, and construction logistics; support bidding, construction contract review/coordination, and pre-qualification processes.
  • •Oversee contract administration and fiscal management, including invoicing/billing, payment applications, change orders, schedule/cost variances, and dispute resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 2 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •Experience managing facilities design or planning/coordination of capital projects, including design, contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling.
  • •Knowledge of construction management procedures and construction industry practices.
  • •Experience using construction management software, and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • •Preferred: experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and construction management; experience managing projects $10M and above.
