Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end commission management to meet client objectives through effective cost management service delivery.
  • •Manage estimating and cost planning, including presenting final cost plans; support tendering and procurement (pre-qualification, tender list, analysis, report, contractual documents).
  • •Act as contract administrator, handling post-contract cost variances and change control, escalating major changes as needed.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and carry out timely, accurate cost checking, valuations, and peer review of cost allowances.
  • •Coach junior staff, lead cost management teams where appropriate, support business development bid submissions, and contribute to knowledge management and process improvement.
