Job Summary

Drive strategy and operations for TikTok Shop by analyzing commerce growth, identifying strategic opportunities, and improving overall business efficiency. •Experience overseeing strategic projects and influencing cross-team decision-making using data.
•Ability to liaise with business leaders using clear, structured proposals for processes and strategic initiatives.
•Good written and oral proficiency in Chinese and Japanese for internal communication with global, Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
