Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain overall test strategy, test approach, governance framework, and quality standards.
  • •Lead end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing (BAT/UAT) across multiple testing cycles and business domains.
  • •Coordinate testing teams, business SMEs, and key stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • •Ensure traceability between business requirements, test scenarios, and test outcomes, including coverage monitoring and defect management.
  • •Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and entry/exit criteria; provide status reporting and support release readiness and go-live recommendations.
