Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery pod. Partner with a Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into production-ready components—from architecture and full-stack deployment to data pipelines, integrations, and observable performance. Develop agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls), ship KPI dashboards, and deliver POCs/MVPs quickly while continuously experimenting with new AI tools, models, and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deploy agentic AI solutions directly in enterprise customer environments, going live in production from day one.
•Develop agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls) and integrate it with customer systems using agentic AI and LLM techniques.
•Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice through validation and production observability.
•Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
•Create agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting, and contribute to POCs/MVPs that move from sketch to deployable quickly.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can walk through (ideally in an AI tech stack, full-stack development, or with frontier models).
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Fluent in English plus another EMEA language.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, plus hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
