Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end supply planning for FPGA/ASIC products, accountable for SCM KPI results (program milestones, on-time delivery, revenue attainment).
  • •Collaborate with other functions to communicate priorities and close operational gaps.
  • •Analyze supply and demand to proactively identify shortages, track performance, and take actions as needed (including expedites).
  • •Manage and convert demand into a master schedule to meet customer deliveries; position supply to meet new product milestones and demand ramps while managing risk.
  • •Develop and improve planning tools and processes (including master schedule, BOM, inventory flows), and lead continuous improvement/change management to increase productivity and scale.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 56,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant work experience in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Able to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • •Strong experience with SAP; Rapid Response is a plus.
