Key Responsibilities

•Drive Automation & AI Innovation: Identify, design, and implement automated workflows utilizing Claude to streamline complex financial processes, analyze FAR/DFARS compliance guidelines, and accelerate data extraction from large contract datasets.
•Optimize Compliance Workflows: Leverage Claude and other advanced prompting/AI tools to automate routine compliance reporting, summarize regulatory updates, and draft formal policy and procedure documentation.
•Indirect Rate Development: Conduct in-depth analysis and modeling to support the development of indirect rates across multiple business units for both strategic internal planning and external compliance.
•Audit & Proposal Support: Support the preparation and audit of Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRP) and Incurred Cost Proposals (ICP).
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with FP&A, Pricing, Accounting, and Business Operations to identify process inefficiencies, implement corrective actions, and support ad-hoc financial projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 112,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
•3+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 1 year focused on government contracting, project accounting, or indirect rate analysis.
•Some knowledge and practical application of FAR, DFARS, and CAS.
•Advanced analytical capabilities with a high level of accuracy; expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and modeling) and/or AI tools.
•Proven ability to work multiple projects, prioritize deliverable timelines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
