Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all production testing and Design Verification Testing efforts for the RF CCAs.
•Act as a technical interface between the test team and program leadership.
•Conduct comprehensive RF CCA/module checkout in accordance with the developed test plan and validate against the requirements matrix.
•Ensure compliance with technical performance standards and program requirements.
•Perform failure investigations and troubleshooting of RF hardware to identify and implement corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field.
•Minimum of 5 years of RF, analog, digital, and power electronics test methodology and troubleshooting, RF circuit card design and fabrication, and RF product simulation/analysis.
•Experience with signal generator, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, and EDA tools (Xpedition, SystemVue/Genesys, ADS) or equivalent.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
•Strong troubleshooting, data analysis, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
