Job Summary

Support the Savory Flavors Laboratory by assisting with flavor application, product evaluation, and sample preparation. Help manage raw materials inventory for lab prototyping, learn formulation design and prototype preparation, and conduct experiments and testing. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensure lab organization, and set up a database to record evaluations and best-practice prototype formulations. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including supply chain and analytical/sensory groups.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Savory Flavors Laboratory with flavor application, product evaluation, and sample preparation.
•Learn and manage raw materials inventory for lab prototyping, organized by functionality and raw material properties.
•Assist with formulation design and lab prototype preparation for flavor application.
•Conduct experiments and testing, including operating laboratory equipment and maintaining it in good condition.
•Set up and maintain a database to record evaluations and best-practice lab prototype formulations.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
•Passionate about food innovation, particularly savory flavors and product development.
