Job Summary

Own the service product strategy and roadmap for the Service Business Unit, driving profitable revenue growth across the installed base. Lead senior managers and engineering/program organizations to deliver service programs aligned to budgets, quality, and long-range planning. Partner with Go-to-Market, Business Units, Sales/Marketing, and Field teams to operationalize execution, resolve complex technical/product issues, and translate market and customer insights into measurable business outcomes.

•Define and execute the service product strategy and own the service roadmap to deliver profitable revenue growth.
•Lead engineering and program organizations responsible for designing, developing, and implementing service programs within budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
•Drive strategic review processes and ensure plans address strategic issues with a 5-year horizon.
•Oversee cross-functional execution with Sales/Marketing, Business Units, and field teams to operationalize direction and achieve business outcomes.
•Provide market, customer, and competitive insight to map trends and customer High‑Value Problems into product and engineering roadmaps, including executive customer escalation support.

Travel: Medium travel

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field (Master/PhD preferred).
•15+ years of progressive experience across engineering, product management, business strategy, or related leadership roles.
•Demonstrated experience leading senior managers and complex, matrixed teams.
•Proven ability to develop and execute product/portfolio/market strategies in complex environments.
•Strong communication and influence skills with experience engaging senior leaders, customers, and cross-functional partners.
