Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive integrated AFEMEA network performance by optimizing asset safety, service, quality, and cost-to-produce.
  • •Deliver year-over-year cost improvements and support revenue and profit growth through technology group performance optimization.
  • •Monitor network capacity and asset performance, develop long-term forecasts, and define restructuring and recapitalization opportunities.
  • •Standardize and unify core specifications to reduce operational complexity and lower cost to produce across the network.
  • •Develop asset management and capital investment plans, manage asset allocation, and support global/regional initiatives for asset lifecycle planning.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering (or related) with ability to understand finance and product costing.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in program/project management (admin desirable).
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making with attention to detail.
  • •Fluent English and at least one other major European language (desirable).
