Job Summary

Support customer outcomes through smart building service offerings by combining technical expertise, data-driven analysis, and commercial support. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, lead recurring performance and technical meetings, and analyze building/HVAC/controls and energy data to identify issues and improvement opportunities. Translate findings into recommendations, support remote monitoring and fault detection initiatives, and help expand Intelligent Services agreements through renewals, growth, proposals, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor on smart building service solutions.
•Lead or support recurring customer meetings, including performance reviews and technical discussions.
•Analyze building, HVAC, controls, utility, and equipment data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
•Support remote monitoring, fault detection, performance analysis, and operational improvement initiatives.
•Support renewals and growth of Smart Building Services agreements, including proposals, scopes, presentations, onboarding, and tracking customer activity in required systems.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
•5+ years of experience in HVAC, controls, building systems, energy services, technical account support, or a related field.
•Working knowledge of building automation systems, energy management systems, HVAC systems, and/or temperature controls.
•Experience gathering and analyzing HVAC, utility, building, or operational performance data.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or similar account management systems), with strong communication skills.
