Key Responsibilities

•Perform testing and inspections on general building sites and facilities.
•Interpret project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
•Conduct soil density testing using nuclear gauge and drive tube in accordance with ASTM and project specifications.
•Perform foundation inspections and reinforced concrete special inspections, including sampling and testing of concrete.
•Prepare and submit written field reports with daily observations and calculations/results while following company safety policies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•7+ years of construction materials testing experience on commercial/industrial projects with emphasis on soils and concrete.
•ACI Field Level I certification (concrete sampling and field testing).
•ICC soils (or equivalent) and ICC reinforced concrete (or equivalent).
•Valid driver’s license, reliability arriving on schedule, and ability to prepare reports/documentation.
