Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a mega-size customer portfolio to drive sales, manage credit risk, and deliver other services.
  • •Lead a people management role to deliver results collectively with relationship managers, associates, and analysts.
  • •Assist the Director with strategies implementation, including assets and liabilities matters, and achievement of departmental business targets.
  • •Structure credit facilities, prepare credit proposals and facility documentation, and negotiate terms with clients.
  • •Improve and monitor loan portfolio quality and risk, deepen customer relationships, and drive sales of non-lending banking products.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or related discipline.
  • •Proven experience in credit analysis, sales and marketing, and customer relationship management.
  • •Ability to manage relationships with large corporates and act as a trusted advisor; strong network in the sector is preferred.
  • •Track record leading a team to deliver business results; ability to provide context/direction, coach and develop others is preferred.
  • •Fluency in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is a must.
