Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface and deliver a value-added cost management service across a portfolio of commercial real estate and construction projects.
  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle; provide estimating, cost planning, and budget management services including final cost plans.
  • •Review and participate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to develop and validate cost estimates; coordinate cost information sources for cost discussions.
  • •Manage cost impact assessments, contingency management, commitment tracking, forecast reporting, and post-contract cost variance and change control processes.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, support due diligence and cost audits (including draw reviews), and coordinate value engineering and final account negotiation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or construction cost control.
  • •RICS accredited or working toward accreditation is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management services on medium to large-scale commercial real estate and construction projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction cost planning, budgeting, cost controls, change management, cost forecasting, and reporting processes. You must also have excellent communication and client-facing skills.
