Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform administrative functions of a learning management system.
  • •Create and manage courses in an LMS, including enrolling learners and instructors according to naming conventions.
  • •Enter, update, and manage training data and records to ensure accuracy and secure maintenance; archive courses after delivery.
  • •Generate and distribute training reports; use reports and dashboards and understand relevant data structures for delivery systems.
  • •Support implementation, testing, rollout, training delivery/assessment/quality assurance, and draft standard training communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred Bachelor degree in Multimedia, technical or education fields.
  • •5 years of knowledge systems experience in education and training.
  • •Hands-on experience implementing learning management systems and other educational technologies at scale.
  • •Vocational trainer, assessor, and internal verifier experience/qualification, plus relevant IT or multimedia certifications.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Learning Management Systems (Blackboard, Brightspace, Moodle or similar).
