Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain Android applications that integrate with the platform’s core services and APIs.
  • •Partner closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Mobile engineers to define requirements, design features, and deliver cohesive user experiences.
  • •Drive engineering best practices for testing, quality assurance, and release readiness, including automated testing strategies.
  • •Build and evolve reusable platform components (SDKs, internal libraries, shared UI/infra patterns) to accelerate multiple product teams.
  • •Contribute to or lead initiatives involving WebView-based architecture, including performance, security, debugging, and deep integration with native modules.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software development experience building large-scale applications.
  • •3+ years in a Tech Lead (or equivalent) role, owning execution and technical direction end-to-end.
  • •Proven experience owning production systems with significant impact on design, development, deployment, monitoring, and long-term evolution.
  • •Strong engineering leadership: mentoring senior engineers, influencing across teams, and driving alignment through clear communication.
  • •Advanced proficiency in modern app development frameworks and architectural choices (scalable patterns, modularization, maintainability).
