Key Responsibilities

  • •Help prepare Town & Country Planning Act applications for UK infrastructure projects.
  • •Provide consenting inputs on major infrastructure projects (e.g., DCOs, DNSs, TWAOs).
  • •Assist with providing technical advice to project managers to support client requirements.
  • •Support liaison with statutory bodies and stakeholders on behalf of clients to help deliver projects.
  • •Engage with teams across disciplines and contribute to building internal knowledge and skills.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level qualification in town planning (or equivalent).
  • •Member of (or eligible for) the RTPI.
  • •Demonstrable experience supporting town planning and consenting inputs on major or nationally significant infrastructure projects.
  • •Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams to secure consent and approvals.
  • •Experience securing consents using relevant legislation (e.g., Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Planning Act 2008, Transport and Works Act Order).
