Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver and support software implementations that meet customer requirements for AOC and DT.
  • •Engage customers with standard/custom solutions, including requirements gathering and analysis, solution definition, and software customization.
  • •Provide product usage support and respond to customer inquiries by diagnosing issues and recommending appropriate technical solutions.
  • •Liaise with global teams on solution development, documentation, deployment, and delivery.
  • •Act as primary customer interface and technical point of contact for on-going support, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
  • •Prior hands-on experience with AOC, DT, and legacy Wonderware products.
