Job Summary

Drive large-scale transformation initiatives to increase revenue, reduce expenses, and improve client experience. Partner with bank leadership and cross-department teams to identify high-impact opportunities, develop business cases and roadmaps with KPIs, and lead planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects. Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications, then ensure a sustainable hand-off to operational teams by transferring ownership of completed initiatives.
