  • •Own and drive complex, cross-functional localization programs from strategy through execution as the single point of accountability for technical localization operations.
  • •Translate localization priorities into executable technical roadmaps and surface tradeoffs early with operating partners and leadership.
  • •Design, innovate, and implement scalable solutions leveraging AI and machine translation to improve quality, cost, and localization efficiency.
  • •Align with Localization Leadership to shape the technical direction and influence long-term technology roadmaps, partnering with internationalization engineering teams.
  • •Manage external language service and technology provider relationships and integrations, and drive continuous improvement through automation and quality frameworks.

Salary: USD 168,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Product Management, delivering global, technically complex solutions independently.
  • •Deep domain knowledge in localization and internationalization, including end-to-end localization implementations or integration of AI/MT tools.
  • •Strong technical fluency with language technology APIs and machine translation (MT) pipelines relevant to localization and content processing.
  • •Experience driving innovation and shaping technical roadmaps with business owners, internal users, engineering, product, and external partners.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
