Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Workforce Management) to meet business requirements
  • •Coordinate and manage HCM & Payroll projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards
  • •Continuously evaluate and enhance HCM system functionality, performance, and user experience
  • •Analyze existing HCM and payroll processes, identify improvements, and implement best practices leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM, Cargoes rostering, and payroll capabilities
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HCM, payroll, finance, IT) to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver training and support

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
  • •Certification in Oracle HCM cloud and TOGAF is a plus
  • •7+ years of experience in Human Capital Management with 3-5 years of Oracle Fusion HCM as a Functional consultant
  • •Extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party payroll systems, including implementation, configuration, and support
  • •Strong understanding of HCM and payroll processes and best practices
