Ensure accurate processing of leveraged loan, private equity, and high-yield reporting by reviewing WSO Web, Global and Trade audit activities for errors. Research and resolve processing issues, communicate with global partners to understand workflow/process changes, and implement process updates in-house. Triage and respond to emails and Freshdesk queries promptly while supporting quality and on-time delivery within Solutions Operations.
