Job Summary

Perform hatchery tasks to support safe, efficient operations at the Humboldt Hatchery, following Tyson policies and procedures. Cull unthrifty chicks from the chick line to help send healthy chicks to broilers. Clean and sanitize incubation machines, facility hallways, drains, and other areas as assigned. Work a Monday–Friday 3:30pm–12:15am schedule with 10-hour days in temperature-extreme, humid/moist conditions.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform various hatchery tasks while maintaining and promoting a safe work environment.
•Cull unthrifty chicks from the chick line to support healthy chicks for broilers.
•Clean and sanitize incubation machines and surrounding facility areas, including hallways and drains.
•Perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
•Complete any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Salary: USD 16.95 hourly
