Key Requirements

  • •Deep domain expertise across an enterprise area (e.g., site observability/performance, contact/call center optimization, internal applications/employee experience, or AI-driven autonomous problem solving).
  • •Advanced proficiency reading, writing, interpreting, and auditing complex SQL queries and data engineering pipelines.
