•Sell Motorola’s computer aided dispatch, records management, jail management, evidence management, analytics, and situational awareness solutions to new customers
•Work as a hunter to capture new business in large-tier agencies, targeting major cities and counties in the territory
•Develop customer relationships through phone, in-person visits, tradeshow attendance, onsite discovery, software demonstrations, oral presentations, and regional user group meetings
•Have region- or area-based sales responsibilities with territories sized by total customers operating as a host agency
•Coordinate on-site product presentations, internet demonstrations, and engagement with state and local officials on multi-jurisdictional projects, leveraging knowledge of local government procurement processes

Travel: Medium travel

•Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales, pre-sales, engineering, military, or public safety experience OR 8+ years of sales, pre-sales, engineering, military, or public safety experience

•Experience selling to multiple levels, project stakeholders, and committees a plus
•Experience with large ticket products having long sales cycles beneficial
•Ability to articulate and sell enterprise software solutions
