Claims Analyst

Process and review pending medical claims to ensure timely reimbursement decisions. Verify and update submitted claim information, research medical-related claim status, and apply policy and provider contract provisions to determine payability. Maintain accurate records and meet department production and quality standards while completing progressive claims training within the required timeframe. Work with established company protocols to ensure payments and denials are handled correctly.
