Sr. Revenue Operations Manager (Remote)

Lead revenue operations for Rula’s B2B growth motions by turning high-level growth goals into planning models, incentives, dashboards, and reporting. Partner with Sales and RevOps to assess funnel performance, forecast revenue growth, run pipeline reviews, and improve key GTM metrics like coverage, conversion, and data quality. Work hands-on with spreadsheets and CRM data to answer “what’s really happening?” and “what should we do next?”
