Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine machine setups, changeovers, and run production orders according to product specifications
  • •Inspect finished goods, monitor tolerances, and investigate root causes to minimize downtime
  • •Safely operate a tow motor/forklift to move packaging/finishing supplies and complete inventory transactions
  • •Record operating metrics in MFG Pro and perform 5S audits while participating in problem-solving
  • •Communicate across shifts and assist with peer training
