Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product lifecycle for GoHighLevel integrations and provider-facing dashboard.
  • •Lead cross-functional product teams to plan, build, and launch digital products.
  • •Gather and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights to drive product decisions.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop and launch new products.
  • •Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; track metrics and drive improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product lifecycle methodologies; experience applying them to SaaS products.
