Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership to guide strategic customers through cloud transformations for large-scale data warehousing workloads from evaluation to production deployment.
  • •Architect production workloads and drive end-to-end pipeline load performance testing, optimization, and tuning.
  • •Build domain expertise in data warehousing evaluations and support successful workload migrations.
  • •Assist Solution Architects with advanced technical sales activities, including custom POC content, workload sizing, and performance tuning for production.
  • •Deliver tutorials and training (including hackathons and conference presentations) and contribute to the Databricks Community.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in a technical role with expertise in data warehousing, including query/performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging MPP/big data or migration workloads.
  • •Experience designing and implementing data warehousing technologies (relational databases, SQL, data analytics, MPP, OLAP/OLTP).
  • •Deep specialty expertise in at least one area such as scaling performant, cost-effective cloud analytical warehouses; migrating/maintaining production warehouses; or migrating on-prem EDW to public cloud.
  • •2+ years of professional experience with data warehousing/big data technologies (e.g., SQL, Redshift, SAP, Synapse, Snowflake, OLAP/OLTP workloads).
  • •Production programming experience in SQL and Python (or Java for UDFs), plus AWS/Azure/GCP experience and native Korean proficiency (business-level English preferred).
