Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide quality testing support and evaluate DRAM products with approved verification test programs.
  • •Develop test patterns and improve test efficiency, quality, and test coverage.
  • •Use internal engineering equipment to assess product characteristics and support electrical failure analysis, including JEDEC-aligned defect detection.
  • •Identify root causes through systematic analysis and resolve process/defect-related issues with multiple engineering departments.
  • •Design AI-enabled workflow automation for efficiency and strengthen quality-check methods.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Business-level Japanese language proficiency.
  • •Experience developing and implementing systems using Python, TypeScript, or PowerShell.
  • •Experience with Verilog simulation.
  • •Knowledge and/or work experience related to DRAM products, including evaluation and testing of high-speed interfaces.
