Teach and enable customers to build skills with ArcGIS Enterprise through hands-on, instructor-led training delivered in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. •Collaborate with customers to understand business processes and provide guidance on designing and implementing sustainable GIS workflows
•Promote ArcGIS adoption by identifying use cases, facilitating demonstrations, and delivering training workshops
•Communicate the impact of GIS by creating narratives and visualizations and supporting case study/success story development

•8+ years professional experience leveraging Esri software capabilities, including 5+ years in ArcGIS Enterprise or Enterprise Geodatabases
•2+ years professional experience in classroom facilitation and instructional delivery
•Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while prioritizing student needs
•Strong listening skills and the ability to incorporate feedback to improve instructional delivery and course materials
•Authorized to work for any employer in the US; Bachelor’s degree in Geography/GIS, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, Engineering, Information Science, or related field
